Long unemployement holiday

I've been lazy starting few months ago since i just finish my Diploma in food technology..still waiting for result degree intake 2012/2013..cant wait! im so excited that i already find condo to live in..okay my bad!! too excited since end of February now i been working with my dad..well its Mr.T decision to stay close with family though because fasting month is coming so it would be convenient to stay with family and enjoy fasting and do lots of deeds..cross-finger

So what happen last few months? hurm let see i've been moving around to Phuket again and then to Hatyai twice and Koh Adang too and also Rebak island and food-walking with my tante and her little angel..i stat exercise for few days and its stays for that few days only..well i tried okay! so now i cut on my carbs little bit because i dont exercise regularly but i did move a lot so that can be consider as exercise i think...grin hehehe

Well apparently i did loose weight little bit...i lost 3 to 4 kilos..OMG!! even my mum realize it and she start to feed me with all the stuff and i was like What!? she's the one that been bumbling that im fat and bla bla bla...and now she want me to more and more...this is insane!! hahaha

So last week i bought trial pack of Pure Beauty range...after 15 minutes wondering which one should i buy either pomegranate, black pearl or super brightening...well i choose this one because black pearl toner smell really muddy like black charcoal and dont like the smell and pomegranate smell too fragrance..so this is why i buy super brightening...so basically in the trial pack consist of Pure Beauty Multi-cleanser, Pure Beauty Toner and Pure Beauty Essence..its only cost RM10 in Watson....cheap right..so wanna give a try?

My review:

I washed my face with multi-cleanser and after pat my face with towels, my skin feel clean and fresh. I love the toner..its like gel/liquid so i didn't spill and use lots of toner because the last time i used Avon toner..its very watery... The essence smell nice but my skin doesn't look bright or making my skin look fairer...maybe i just use it on short period only or maybe the effect will works if wearing the whole range of Pure Beauty..Overall i think it is a good product except for the whitening effect...i don't think most of people like to used whitening as they already fair..well for me it is okay...

Here i come

Its been a month since i last post in my blog..WOW i thought it still a week since i get back from Phuket...a month??? you must be joking me calender!! well i when there quite few times already but this time me and my dad and also kak ris when all around mall in Phuket..FYI i think there only 3 big mall in Phuket but really far from each other..so what happen was i stay at kak ris's house for 5 few days..and we went around..

One night kak ris want to bring me along to watch late night movies in cinema..guess what!! i already watched that movie in Malaysia 'Chronicle'..its about 3 kids gain superpowers after they found a big hole and they make a discovery about it around the place that they go party..to be honest for me the movies sucks!!the camera is moving all the time and make my head spinning and i did have headache..what makes it funny is that kak ris want to make a surprise for me...without not knowing that i already watch latest movie..so im not suffer myself by watching the same movie twice so she made her friend change the ticket for me...so i watch in Phuket cinema by myself with Thai subtitles an English movie call 'The Grey' which an airplane crash on Alaska and the survivors have to survive from a tribe of wolves which s big as the wolves in Twilight Saga but in this story the wolves didn't change to human though....

First time i watched movies in Thailand cinema and BTW before the movie started i have to stand up since they play the national anthem song...at first its a little bit awkward because first i have no idea how the song sound so i didn't familiarize with the song and second i seat in middle row but most of others seat at the back seat..so in this case im the one that seat in the front from everybody else...luckily i saw this foreigners stand up from the corner of my eyes..thank god they didn't do that here in Malaysia..imagine how many times you have to stand up if you are planing to watch movies all day long...

The next day i woke up really late since we arrive at her home around 2 in the morning..my dad didn't like to watch movies so he just when straight to bed..the next morning we when pre-shopping at Living Homes that sold furniture and stuff but it's almost look like ikea..they have cafe open up upstairs so we when for brunch there and me and my dad ordered salmon...well that cafe sold quite cheap though..you cant get good salmon dishes for about 20 ringgit in Malaysia..usually 30-50 ringgit..

This morning i wake up early and set myself to island hopping...usually when i talk about island hopping in Langkawi my dad's favourite spot is Beras Basah Island, Eagle feeding, Maiden lake FYI  too much walking up an down the stairs which i really hate it and private beach which my dad found himself..i don't know about the legend behind the beach that my dad discover but what that i know is that sometimes fishermen will stop there for a while when they bought their families with them to go fishing because it have this beautiful fresh water waterfall and the water goes to the sea...and there was this one time where i bought some of the fresh water back and boil it and drink it with tea without sugar just plain tea and it taste amazing..

My dad told me that we are going fishing amateur style which is without fishing rod just a string and bait usually if you want to catch fishes it depends on the fish itself...the technique may vary and so the baits depends on what that you favour to caught...usually they will use squid and sometimes the caught fresh squids the night before and the next day use it as bait to caught fish....because when you are trying to caught squids it is better to caught at night with lights on...FYI squids easily attracted to lights and it will follow the lights..in fishing it is important to be patience..like my dad said fishing is just the same like marriage...you have to wait until the right time to catch the fish..well not me then...i can wait like for half an hour or an hour the most...more than that if i didn't get any fish at all i do feel pissed....well it obvious that fishing is not my thing...hahaha

What a day

Hye guys....FYI i did missed my flight to Langkawi due to a very very long queue at commuter station...and i was about to cry and i taught that maybe i could use my touch n go card and since i didn't use the card at all and reload it then i just realize that balance in the card is only 80 cent...and i burst into tears while i walk around to find touch n go re-loader booth....it takes me half an hour to find it and reload it and when back to the station....and since i walk so much my feet feels hurt and then i saw that the commuter already arrive an i run as quick as i can up an down the stairs with that heavy luggage of mine till im out of breath and i missed the train!! i was so upset and i cried so loud that i forgot people that watching me crying at that time...

So plan B is that i when for CNY at my auntie house in Bangi...after thinking for a while there then i decide to take the risk by taking bus yesterday...and i make it!! thank god!! when i arrive in Langkawi i just take a really quiet and long nap...later that evening my dad called me up...and he told me that we are going out for dinner at The Loaf...its about 45 minutes from my house..

When we arrive there, i was looking with my dad the pastries and cute little bun...i ordered shrimp and avocado salad while my mum and my dad ordered big county farmhouse, its omelette with sausage, mushrooms, chicken bacon, tomato,thyme, leek and fresh crispy green salad and also some kind of seaweeds and slow roasted chicken breast which i tried and love it! so for drinks i ordered complexion which is combination of apple, carrot and tomato juice freshly squeeze and waterfall which i forgot what it is but it is about the same with complexion but they put some ginger in it..

Homemade sandwiches

I don't know why lately, i'm so into sandwiches and salads nowadays....maybe it is a call to change my taste a little bit...so i when to supermarket last Friday after work...so today i want to share with you guys about making your own chicken baguette with ceaser salad..it was the quickest meal i have made...within 5 minutes i can have my dinner ready...how about that?

Chicken baguette

1 loaf of baguette

1  fresh tomato, sliced

1 big size of red onion/ yellow onion, sliced

6 sliced of chicken sandwiches

1 whole lot of salad

Mayo and chilli sauce/ ketchup depends

First, cut the baguette horizontally because you need to stuffed it later...then spread some margarine..after that, stuff up the baguette with salad, tomato slices, onions, and chicken sandwiches...well be creative on that okay guys..last but not least, squeeze mayonnaise and chilli sauce or ketchup of what you favour..

1 whole lot of Romania lettuce

1 fresh tomato, chunky

As much Croutons as you like

Parmesan cheese

Dressing:

1/2 cup of olive oil or EVOO extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp mustard

Firstly, separate and break the lettuce and washed it thoroughly...let it dry and put it in a fancy bowl..afterward, add tomato chunky and Parmesan cheese either chunky or shredded...its up to you though..then, take another bowl and mixed all the dressing and whisked...next, pour the dressing into the salad in the bowl...just not to over-soaked the leaves and last but not least, sprinkle croutons on top..

Froyo addiction

Although some might say that it is a bit expensive but i think i does too...but the taste of it make me addict...since before i am addict to ice-cream..last time, since my friend works at Baskin Robin...i always when there for a scoop of ice cream...either strawberry cheesecake or love potion....it is my favourite..since i when to campus which far away from home...same to my addiction...i keep it quiet an let me forgot about that addiction..now it rise back...with much more healthier version...frozen yogurt..but only certain of it...well i'm really choosy with what i ate...some people might mixed all the flavours or toppings...but what i did was i make sure that toppings and flavours blend in with each other...like yesterday i choose raspberry flavour with marshmallow, strawberry, kiwi and chocolate chip..i'm a bit disappointed that there are no cheerios breakfast cereal yesterday..they did change the toppings most of the time..maybe next time i might sneak a look at cheerios schedule then...hahaha FYI i am glad that i was born healthy and free from lactose intolerance...if not...can't imagine what that i been missing with all the ice-cream, yogurt drink, and frozen yogurt even the milkshake...i'm lucky then!! 

X'mas eve

I wake up this morning thinking about waking up late but instead i woke up at 7 a.m and with my sleepyhead i headed to kitchen but i dont ate..i just looking around as my mum and dad going to wedding ceremony tonight in KL...just brush my teeth im ready to send them to the airport with my uncle and aira...he without telling me after send my parents, he headed to Kuah to pick up his friends...in my mind i was like OMG this was the first time i went out without taking shower and i still sleepy though...luckily his friends ferry delayed so he turn back and when for a car wash....early in the morning we are the first who wash car there...im having cendol pulut for my breakfast..and aira was looking weirdly at the car being snow wash....

Back home i was about to fell asleep while watching movies..then his friends came and afterwards we when out...FYI this time i did take my shower okay!!hehe we headed to chocolate shops where he cheapest chocolate you can buy in Langkawi and Cuban house...they got this amazing collections of pipe for sale and also variety of shisha pipe and also the flavours...it is said that apple is the best most of all...so as i was in the chocolate shop, i did discover Hershey's hugs instead of kisses...i though my uncle just made his prank joke....so we got hugs and kisses XOXO!! the what does hugs have that differ than kisses? well basically the hugs chocolate is a milk chocolate with white creme coating it which it called hugs the milk chocolate..and i found my favourite Ritters Sports....some might not familiar with the brand compared to Cadbury but once you try it, you are hooked....

Almost 2 months

After all the hustle and experience i did want to say nothing seem to be the best experience than practical training....not just me but all of us that still in practical training...there are some experience that is priceless...not everything money can buy..last week i don't have much thing been done just hanging around in my house done some chores and relax all day long...that is just what i need for most....but last week me and Nurul when to walking around Senawang just to release stress from work..since last week and week before we were placed in warehouse..so can imagine the work done there....

True or false....i did make Nurul buy lipstick instead of just wearing typical coloured lip balm...some might said that lip balm is more important than lipstick but somehow lip balm is best if it just focus on repairing the lips and protect lips...so my tips are buy a good lip balm and wear lipstick instead..for the first time she going to buy her own lipstick....and yes it time to change...we are not kids anymore...only kids who like funky flavour lip balm....my advice to those just started with make-up....buy a natural colour...when i said natural doesn't mean nude colour..you don't want to end up look soulless face...spooky huh....hahaha when people say about make-up some might give really bad impression ....make-up doesn't means that you need to wear really heavy foundation base and look like going to costume party with all the sparkling colours...i might get freak out!! it just to enhance our complexion...that just it and oh i forgot...to hide all the unwanted pimples...

So start from today guys!! its time to move on and change....it does make a difference..just apply light foundation base, wear lip balm and on top of it wear natural lipstick...that's already enough...if want to look more just apply blusher to make rosy cheek and light mascara....you dont have to wear eyelashes extension and thick mascara with rainbow eye-shadow....just save it for Halloween party or occasional functions..

Supposedly i post this entry days ago but i forgot..i just remember it few minutes ago..sorry for the delay...few days ago..R&D lab done sensory test for coconut milk..and they make chicken curry and kuih lapis...but instead of making kuih lapis in many layers....to save time they just make it two layers...its only to do testing not selling the kuih...i help in standardize the colour of the kuih...kuih lapis is made by steam the kuih layer by layer and consist of coconut milk, flour, sugar,salt and pink colouring..its depends on the person itself...but the original colour is pink and white...but some like to make it colourful..

Waffle for breakfast

 It's been a week since i last updated my blog...i've been busy lately with practical training this week in warehouse...there are lots of cartons to pack...last week there are clients requested 1000 cartons of coconut milk..so much just happen during last week....and i could remember last time i when to my aunty's house before she moves to Sabah...she bought a dozen of variety gardenia waffle...i've tried fresh egg vanilla, blueberry, banana, maple wholemeal and a bite of classic cinnamon...im dont really like the taste of cinnamon unless it is on my face as a scrub...eat on its own does not look tempting but if it toasted..the smell of the waffle linger around the house...and i tried it with butter on top...my aunty's said that she tried once eat waffle with ice-cream...and it was marvelous especially using fresh egg vanilla with vanilla ice-cream...well my niece loves to eat waffle with strawberry jam...doesnt matter what flavour is the waffle...last time because fresh egg vanilla already finish...i ate most of it....so i gave her banana waffle with strawberry jam on top...hehe i have no idea how does it taste....but my nephew kinda weird a little bit...he loves to eat waffle with mayonnaise on top...it does look tasty if the mayo is spread on maple wholemeal and fresh egg vanilla but imagine if it is spread on blueberry or banana or classic cinnamon....never try that before...and my aunty loves to spread kaya either kaya or pandan kaya on her waffles...she did asked me to make her waffle maple wholemeal with kaya...and it taste lovely...

Tuna for a day

Sorry guys... i've been busy lately since im in Filling area in production line...and its time to make tuna mayo....i did took some pictures on how tuna mayo is made...and it is as easy as abc but if it stick in your clothes i definitely suggest wash it quickly or otherwise you end up with fishy smell....well just lets say i have experience on that and i hate it!! im sure most of people love mayonnaise...and for sure i love it too..i would say that every food which is tasty definitely high in fat and calories....and it does make us feel addicted with the taste...yummy and after few months of daily consumption of that super tasty food....you definitely gain weight after that and yes my mum would freak out and ask me to exercise more so i could loose back weight....haha

Back to the story of mayo again...im definitely sure that everyone here love to put lots of mayo in your plate its either for dipping or making sandwiches without thinking of what did they really put inside it so that it will become mayo...but since im in the production line....once you see mayo in such a big amount..it make me feels like this is how i get love-handle....hahaha i did not notice it since i love to put so much mayo in my sandwiches that i made and FYI i made my own tower sandwiches i put 3 to 4 of slices toast bread and i have to press it down little bit so that i will fit in my mouth..so can you guys imagine how big is my sandwiches...and now after of massive amount of mayo that i saw..i realize that it is time to cut down the mayo...so let us all cut down the mayo!!

I know its been a while since i last updated...i been busy this weekend..u know it 3 days off and im going to my auntie's house which end of this month she going to move to Sabah bah....so i when there and help her out painting rooms and well now i know that im not the most talented in painting walls...oppss my bad!! but after all i did paint okay...so yesterday she bought me and the teachers from her kids nursery to Domino's Pizza at Pandan Indah....the franchise just open up in Pandan Indah so no need to go all the way to Ampang Point....too crowded make me stress...unless it is about sales and 70 percent discount then im on...hehehe so the they before we did online order on the pizza and dine in at 11 am the next day..yes!! they do have online order and that just save much of your time instead of going to wait for the pizza to bake...and they give you good discount if you online order...

We end up choosing 1 large pizza thin crust with 4 regular pizza which 2 thin crust 2 new york crust...what so amazing about domino's it that it have variety of crust such as Classic Hand Tossed crust like the one in Pizza Hut, New York crust, Thin crust and Double Decker crust with cheese in the middle..if you are the kind of  cheese-lover like me...so i would definitely recommend to order Classified Chicken in Double Decker crust and and extra cheese topping...after you had one bite of that you wont remember anything about going back to Pizza Hut anymore..trust me...i've done it...the cheese make you want to eat that pizza more..Domino's pizza have variety...it have 3 top signature sauce for base which is Domino's signature sauce which is from fresh vine-ripe tomatoes, top secret sauce and spicy sambal sauce...there are also new sauce in Domino's which in Pizza First Class range, barbecue and the other one im not so sure what it is...we order Meatasaurus, Aloha Chicken, Classified Chicken and also Extravaganza with side order twisty bread, roasted chicken drummet, and chocolate lava cake...however i would also recommend banana kaya dessert...

FYI Domino's pizza been establish first compare to Pizza Hut...it is establish in US and second-largest pizza chain in US...and the franchise start to expand until it came to Malaysia...but some might guess that Domino's is new franchise than Pizza Hut...what makes Domino's differ than Pizza Hut is the concept of the franchise itself...Domino's is more on delivery pizza which is why there are free of charge for delivery while Pizza Hut is more on dine in which is more on the service...if you when to both of the franchise then you might see that if dine in Pizza Hut..they will provide you with ceramic plate while in Domino's they provide us with paper plate..and Pizza Hut will charges us if we make delivery pizza...for domino's even if we order delivery for one pizza they will deliver it with no charges..so for those who did not try out Domino's please...it worth it!!
